Tip: I saw how you scan your shades into Photoshop and I have had the same problem with this "Twain" plugin. I suspect the problem lies with the links management service I use called <a href="http://www.snipurl.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">"SnipURL?"</a> I have disabled that service on these links and they are now direct paths to the quicktime movie files.
